Saxony's “Home Ownership in Rural Areas” funding program revived

The dream of your own four walls in the countryside no longer has to remain a dream. The newly launched “Home Ownership in Rural Areas” funding program offers an attractive borrowing rate of 0.95% p.a. and a term of up to 25 years. It supports both the purchase and construction of a property for the buyer's own use (with up to EUR 80,000) and the renovation or expansion of residential property already used by the owner (with up to EUR 40,000).
