From March 6-9, 2025, it's time for the 33rd HAUS construction trade fair in Dresden.

Over 4 days, ^HAUS® will provide an overview of the latest products and services for the entire construction industry - from roof tiles to floor tiles, from special drill bits to façade paint, from building elements to turnkey houses. Regional and national partners provide individual advice and deliver practical and innovative solutions for your own four walls.

Over 400 exhibitors, full exhibition halls, attractive exhibition stands and lots of new products - the offers come from the areas of construction, building materials and elements, trade, building technology and real estate. Building is always happening - the real estate market is on the move again, prices and interest rates have fallen, and subsidies that had been stopped can be applied for again. In addition, there are current stimuli such as the increase in funding for residential construction in Saxony.
